The cold IPA is a refreshing and hop forward brew that balances the crispness of a lager with the big fruit flavors found in IPAs. Fermented with our house ale yeast at a colder temperature, this beer offers a crisp & clean base that allows the hops to shine. This hop blend provides a pleasant bitterness with notes of blueberry, pineapple, citrus, kiwi and peach, rounded out with a light bready backbone from a touch of Vienna malt.

Hill Country Bock is a malt forward, easy-drinking amber lager with notes of light toast and freshly baked bread. Intentionally simple and purposely timeless, this beer is the perfect representation of all things that make the Hill Country so special – simple and straightforward without putting on airs, full of character yet approachable and generous in spirit. We think our Bock is a real taste of Texas.

We are huge fans of pilsner beers here at RABC. We love to drink them and brew them in all of their incarnations. That’s why we continually adapt and refine our interpretations of the style.The newest addition to our lager lineup is PROTO PILS. With notes of honeydew, melon, strawberry, and lemon zest, this modern German hop blend brings a refreshing brightness and a new creative flair to a classic pilsner. It’s fine art in a glass!

We use special techniques to create a light and dry beverage, not unlike a west Texas wind, that lifts you up and carries you away to your own island in the sky
