Style: Belgian Red Ale
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 35.0

Our mildest ale to date, light and refreshing. Orange with sienna undertones in color, fruity esters and light spice aromas with a silky smooth mouthfeel. A fine balance of mild malt and subtle hop flavors. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Caramel, Biscuit, a touch of Chocolate malt, Oats, Sterling Goldings and Spalt hops, with our proprietary Belgian yeast Strain.

Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Chocolate, Black and Biscuit malt, Perle and UK Goldings Hops, and our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

A historic German ale! Caramel to brown in color with reddish highlights. Sweet and robust with delicate toasty aromas. Soft bready approach on the front, mild creaminess on the side palette, robust, and bitter finish with hints of smoke. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Pilsner, and Munich, plus Castle Black malt, Spalt hops and a German yeast strain.

Dense and frothy head, 2-tone sunburst in color. Aromas of lemon, pine, pre-ripened mango with a soft breadiness. An elegantly light, firm and juicy malt body with a balanced hop charge from mid to end palate. Brewed with Simpson Maris Otter and Crisp Pale Ale and Galaxy and Simcoe hops, with our proprietary English yeast Strain.

Honey, apricot in color. Lively, dense head. Scrumptuous aromas of tropical stonefruits, (such as mango, guava, papaya) and tangerine with minute hints of pine ands herbal notes. Big, bready, smoth pillowy mouthfeel with a bright, bitter grapefruit rind hop pop on the finish. Brewed Gamrinus Pilsner, Simpson Maris Otter with and Galaxy, Simcoe, El dorado, Mosaic hops and with our proprietary English yeast strain.
