The addition of flaked corn makes it uniquely American and gives the nose a distinct sweetness that doesn’t carry into the palate. 	Renegade Brewing Co. - Consilium Style: Pale Ale ABV: 5.00% IBU: 40.0 This pale ale is brewed with maris otter barley and flaked oats. Lactose is added to create a smooth texture to this sessionable beer. Consilium won a bronze medal at the 2013 Colorado State Fair.

Renegade Brewing Co. - Depravity
Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 11.00% IBU: 57.0

The tradition of this beer goes back to post-Halloween 2011 when Brian bought some discounted candy. He decided to throw a bunch of peanut butter cups into a small batch of milk stout to see what would happen. Depravity (formerly Black Gold) has been a tradition every since. Each keg has 1 lb of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and 1 lb of dehydrated peanut butter.

Style: Triple IPA

Craving something with bold hops and high ABV? Endpoint (E3) is your beer. Single hopped with tons of summit hops, this beer is a great example of how complex a single-hopped beer can be. Summit hops are extremely diverse containing flavors of grapefruit, pine, and sweet onion. Our brewers are careful to add the hops at specific times in the boil to bring out each unique flavor.

	Renegade Brewing Co. - Evolet Style: Other ABV: 7.60% IBU: 20.0 Serendipity produces some of life's best things. A series of happy accidents led to our newest beer-wine hybrid, Evolet. A single hopped beer with Nelson hops and blended with Chardonnay juice, Evolet is a very dry, tart, evolved beverage made of both grain and grape fermented with wine yeast.

Cold coffee-infused oatmeal ale. No matter what the reason, everyone comes to a point where they just need a break. Enjoy the restful moments of a hiatus with a beer expertly crafted for this particular occasion. Light in ABV but big in flavor, Hiatus balances the coffee bitterness with a malty, dark beverage. This beer utilizes a local Denver coffee roaster, Novo Coffee, and their expertise in cold-brewed coffee. Aromatic and bold, this coffee beer is a perfect excuse for a respite.

Simone de Beauvoir, a French writer and philosopher that laid the foundation for the modern Feminist movement, is the rebellious individual that we celebrate with this brew.

Renegade Brewing Co. - Sunday Morning
Style: American Ale
ABV: 6.80%

Deep, copper-colored body with a thick, sticky, white head. Prominent coffee aroma backed with a sweet, caramel scent; roasted nuts. Flavor reflects what's in the aroma. Medium bodied; semi-dry finish with a bit of astringency. A nice, well-balanced strong ale with an excellent coffee component. The coffee and hop bitterness lingers nearly endlessly after each sip. Smooth and easy drinking for such a big beer.

This is a play on our 5:00 Afternoon Ale. We brewed our crisp Afternoon Ale and added cranberry juice and puree. The result is a light refreshing perfectly balanced fruit ale, perfect on a warm fall day. When brainstorming about a name for this beer Urethra Franklin was yelled out as a joke amongst our brewers. The once joke is now this beers new name and ended up on our Taproom wall.
