Style: Belgian Golden Strong
ABV: 10.40% IBU: 30.0

The Resolute Belgian Golden Strong identifies very complex with significant fruity esters, moderate spiciness and low to moderate alcohol and hop aromas. The esters are reminiscent of lighter fruits such as pears. Moderate spicy, peppery phenols compliment the sweet flavor. A gentle floral hop character is present but not overwhelming.

Style: Witbier
ABV: 4.70% IBU: 7.0

For the tail end of summer we thought it would be nice to add another light bodied wheat beer to our lineup. By taking a purest approach, this beer simply allows the two Belgian yeast strains, Pilsner malt, and malted and torrified wheat do all the talking. Light spice and a faint tartness are accompanied by a bevy of bubbles this style requires. Enjoy!

Robust, silkly, and quaffable. "Beneath a Hood of Quills" is a Black Lager brewed with premium German Munich malts along with chocolate malt and oats. After a long slumber in our cellar, this beer was then finished with a heavy dose of single origin Ethiopia Sidama coffee from our friends at Code Coffee. Look out for notes of toasty hazelnut, warm chocolate cake, and brown sugar macerated strawberries.

This beer is special for a couple reasons....its rarely brewed in Colorado and no one ever puts rye in them! The unique yeast used to ferment this style is a hybrid ale/lager strain that produces a nice fruity flavor without going over the top. Spicy notes from the rye malt compliment this well balanced ale qyuie nicely.

After a modest dry hopping with Centennial and Falconers Flight, we transferred the beer on to Dragonwell tea to “cold brew” for a few days. This resulted in a smooth herbal character that compliments the hop aroma and flavor in a very unique way.

There were no lemons harmed in the making of this beer! In lieu of that, a MASSIVE 3 lbs per barrel of lemondrop hops were added throughout the brewing process to add a completely hop derived citrus character. In conjunction with a good does of acidity, some lactose and a hint of vanilla, we believe we have achieved the closest thing to lemon meringue pie in a glass as you can get!

	Resolute Brewing Co. - Lost Keys Style: Sour ABV: 5.30% IBU: 5.0 Our sister brew to "Key to the Kingdom," this brew is very similar in that it brings the tropical tartness to the party. This time we used whole pureed Persian limes and they kicked up the citrus aroma a few notches. The mango isnt as prevalent, but it does provide a nice counterbalance to the tartness of the lime.

Not only is this name a reference to a weather related phenomena, but this beer would more importantly be worthy of the literal translation should it ever occur! Loral and Mosaic hops created the tropical backdrop for a picturesque marriage with toasted coconut in a style that can certainly handle an unruly cousin’s dance moves or poor choice in brides maid dresses.

For our second sour release this year, we decided to crank it up a notch and give true fans of this style something they can really enjoy. Not only did we increase the level of acidity, but we also made sure that the Boysenberry was still able to shine through. The use of trappist yeast and special B malt also enhance the dark fruit character that many Belgian beers exhibit.

This beer is surprisingly easy to drink and has just enough peach flavor to accentuate the yeast character in a style the Trappist monks have worked centuries to perfect. Cheers!

Resolute Brewing Co. - Table Saison
Style: Saison
ABV: 4.40% IBU: 13.0

Our version of this rustic style has a softness to it that most other interpretations do not possess. Part of that can be attributed to the large amount malted wheat and flaked oats along with a modest amount of hops added to the boil. Two different yeast strains fermented at high temps provide a wonderful blend of fruit and light spice to the flavor and aroma.
