Style: Brut IPA
ABV: 6.60% IBU: 20.0

Gamma-amylase enzymes and raw honey helped to ferment the extremely light grain bill of pilsner, wheat malt, and flaked oats completely to 1.000 for an extra-dry, champagne-like unique brew. Amarillo and El Dorado were centrifuged out of the hot wort for very low bitterness, with a dryhop of Vic Secret and Citra. It's super drinkable, hoppy without being bitter, and ultimately refreshing after a long hot day of work.

The first ever collaboration between Central Valley brewers, Riley's Brewing and House of Pendragon Brewing. A light base of Pilsner malt and a touch of honey malt balance out the 5+lbs/bbl of Columbus, Ekuanot, Citra and Simcoe hops. Enjoy the plethora of dank, resinous and fruity hop oils crammed into this deliciously hoppy IPL.

We used loads of Cascade, Chinook, El Dorado, Amarillo, and Ahtanum hops late in the boil and dry-hop for a burst of juicy fruit, citrus and pine flavors and aromas. A simple grain bill, dry finish and smooth bitterness allows these flavorful hops to take center stage in our tribute to the new generation of American hops.
