Looking to enhance the naturaly forming fruit flavors from our house saison yeast we decided to toss plentiful amounts of Peaches and Apricots into our Sacred Creed Saison and thus Saison en Regalia was born. This addition balances wonderfully with the dry and spicy back bone of saison making a exciting fruit beer.
