Rogue Ales - Beachy Clean

Beachy Clean is a modern take on the classic West Coast IIPA with a big aroma that features lemon, stone fruit and sweet fruit notes. The flavor consists of a good malt base with spikes of citrus and pine flavors coming through the fruit notes. The beer finishes with a nice balance of piney, hoppy bitterness, mouthwatering citrus and a sweet malty base.

Rogue Ales - Brutal IPA
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 59.0

Brutal combines Oregon hops with English Malts. The Oregon grown Crystal hop is a triploid variety developed from the German Hallertau aroma hop variety with contributions from Cascade, Brewers Gold, and Early Green. Crystal is the only hop used in brewing Brutal and it provides a massive amount of aroma without dry-hopping. The English malts used are floor malted Pipkin (a mellow cross of Maris Otter and Warboys, from an English company called Beeston), Cara Vienna and Cara Wheat.

Rogue Ales - Coast Haste

As farmers and brewers we understand the importance of fresh ingredients. That's why our favorite time of year is harvest time, when the ingredients are their freshest and beer is just begging to be brewed. To make this beer, we cut down fresh Rogue Farms hops, load them into a truck and rush them posthaste over to our brewery on the coast. When the hops arrive, they go straight into the brew, still wet from the farm. The effort pays off in this hazy, fruity, wet-hop laden imperial IPA.

t's been a few decades since a Colossal Claude sighting has been reported, but we're fairly certain the massive sea monster has been laying low off the coast of his favorite brewery. Word has it that after years of terrifying sailors and feasting on salmon he acquired a taste for hops. So we brewed this Imperial IPA with a colossal dose of Cascade, Chinook, Citro and Strata hops in hope of coaxing Claude out to join us for a pint. Double Time Cherry Lime is an imperial Berliner Weisse juiced up with cherry and lime. The sour base sets the perfect stage for the tart and sweet cherry notes to play off the citrus from the lime. Like a song in double time, the notes hit fast yet are orchestrated and balanced within this surprisingly refreshing beer.

Ever hear the story of the Gumberoo? As the story goes, three loggers were camped in the woods drinking beers and entertaining the idea of illegally harvesting old growth sequoias for extra cash when the ground suddenly shook with a heavy footstep. Bigger than a bear with wild eyes and jagged teeth, the Gumberoo rose from behind a stump with a mighty roar. As the loggers scrambled to escape, beer spilled onto the fire causing smoke to fill the air. Some say the forest only wanted to send them a warning that night as this stroke of smokey fortune helped hold off the Gumberoo while the loggers got away. So remember to respect our forests, put out your fires and always bring cold beer camping.

Rogue's Founder, Jack LeRoy Joyce, was known for his love of Hot Tubbing, which he typically enjoyed in his birthday suit. When Jack passed away in 2014, the Jack Joyce Scholarship was established in his honor. The scholarship benefits Fermentation Science students at Oregon State University. During the second annual scholarship presentation, when one of the original recipients was asked to share a few words about what the scholarship meant to him, he confessed that after he paid for his books, tuition and other expenses, he used the rest to buy a hot tub, the "most Rogue-ish thing possible." As a nod to that Rogue-ish purchase -- and to Jack Joyce -- we created Hot Tub Scholarship Lager, a German-style Helles Lager designed to be enjoyed by Hot Tub lovers everywhere.

The Honey Mama’s crew whipped up some of their favorite tasty treats and we sent them up to Santa in a care package. It’s safe to say he feels a bit differently now, for mere minutes after receiving the delivery Santa was on the phone with us gushing about the delicious goodies, begging us to recreate this in his annual Private Reserve. Per his request. we teamed up with Honey Mama’s to create this tahini, tangerine and chocolate flavored stout. Santa is sure to love it. and so are you.

Ale with natural vanilla flavors aged on rum oak barrel chips. When Santa caught Krampus stealing his beloved rum balls he offered Krampus a choice: either give them back, or wrestle for 'em. Krampus, blinded by the allure of the delicious sweets, chose to face Santa in the ring. A poor choice, as not even a full minute into the fight, Santa knocked Krampus down and landed a devastating elbow drop. Krampus, writhing in pain, conceded the match and handed over the rum balls. The elbow drop, forever known as the Kringle Krusher, and Santa's love for the confection are the inspiration for this year's Santa's Private Reserve. Enjoy.
