Rough Draft Brewing Co. - Southern Triangle
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 65.0

A combination of hops all from the Southern Hemisphere: Nelson Sauvin, Moteuka, and Galaxy. Hops lead off with notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and a bit of pine. Moderate bitterness. Malts come next with caramel, toasted bread, and toffee. A fair amount of sweetness keeps it balanced. Finishes with some fruitiness and lingering bitterness.

You might say it makes the workweek finally work for you. We just can’t guarantee you still won’t oversleep. Enjoy! Refreshing and loaded with Citra and Simcoe hops with less alcohol than a traditional IPA. This specialty batch has Nelson hops added to it as well. Cheers!

The mouthfeel is tempered by the wheat, which provides a soft and fluffy character.
