Russian River Brewing - Citra Flash Mob
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.70% IBU: 52.0

Citra Flash Mob is a single hop Pale Ale brewed with 100% Citra hops. This bright refreshing Pale Ale has a deep straw color with some subtle sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Citra Flash Mob displays dominantly citrus notes (orange, grapefruit, and lemon) and moderate tropical (pineapple and mango) as you would expect. Citra hops have been known to lend a wide number of bright citrus and tropical aromatics including gooseberry, lychee, mango, melon, grapefruit, orange rind, and passionfruit.

	Russian River Brewing - Consecration Style: Sour ABV: 10.00% Dark Ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from local wineries. It is aged for 4 to 8 months with black currants, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Rich flavors of chocolate truffle, spice, tobacco, currants, and a bit of Cabernet. Very full-bodied, sip slowly!

	Russian River Brewing - Damnation Style: ABV: 7.00% Damnation has extraordinary aromas of banana and pear with mouth filling flavors of sweet malt and earthy hops. The lingering finish is dry and slightly bitter but very, very smooth.

Russian River Brewing - Happy Hops

Happy Hops was originally brewed by the Grace Brothers Brewery in 1944 right here in Santa Rosa! Their brewery went out of business in the 1960’s, but we wanted to resurrect “Happy” and a new fun beer for him to enjoy! It is also a way for us to pay homage to the Grace Family and their brewing pioneer history. Happy Hops is an incredibly hoppy India Pale Ale with an immense hop aroma and flavor and a mild bitterness.

This is Pliny's 4th time running for President with the Keg Party in the past 16 years and his first time in a can!

	Russian River Brewing - Pliny the Elder Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.00% IBU: 100.0 Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine. Best enjoyed FRESH! That is why we make it in such limited supply.

Russian River Brewing - Pliny the Younger
Style: Imperial IPA
ABV: 11.00%

Pliny the Younger is considered a triple IPA, simply meaning that it is higher in alcohol and has tons of hops. The alcohol should finish at about 10.25%, although it is remarkably dry for the amount of malt used in the recipe. It is loaded with hop flavors, bitterness, and aromatics. The hops used in this year’s recipe are of excellent quality from the 2018 harvest: Warrior, Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial, CTZ, Chinook, Crystal, and Citra. We brewed Younger for the first time in 2005 as a winter seasonal, building upon the Pliny the Elder recipe while pushing the envelope with malt, hops, and alcohol just to see how far we could go! It is always brewed only once a year and released the first Friday in February, rain or shine.

	Russian River Brewing - Russian River IPA Style: American-Style India Pale Ale ABV: 6.50%

	Russian River Brewing - Salvation Style: Belgian Strong Dark ABV: 9.90% IBU: 28.0 This beer has nice fruity and spicy notes from the Belgian yeast used in fermentation. The chocolate and raisin flavors are well-balanced with a lingering dry finish. Excellent on a cold winter night and paired with heartier dishes like stews and roasts. Also excellent with chocolate desserts.

	Russian River Brewing - Sanctification Style: Golden Ale ABV: 6.75% Technically, this is neither an ale nor a lager. The base recipe is for a Golden Ale, but we do the primary fermentation with 100% brettanomyces. The brett gives it some sour notes but not as much as if it had been aged with lacto and pedio. It’s rather refreshing on a warm day!

	Russian River Brewing - Shadow of a Doubt Style: Imperial Porter ABV: 9.86% Named after the great Hitchcock movie filmed in Santa Rosa in 1943. This Imperial Porter packs a rich chocolate and light smoked malt character with a very soft, dry finish.

	Russian River Brewing - STS Pils Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.35% STS Pils is a classic European style Pilsner. It is straw in color and often times will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered. STS Pils is a hop forward pilsner with a mild malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.

	Russian River Brewing - Supplication Style: American Wild Ale ABV: 7.00% Brown Ale aged in used Pinot Noir barrels from local Sonoma County wineries. It is aged for about 12 months with sour cherries, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Flavors from the cherries, Pinot Noir and oak balance each other nicely with a little funk from the brett.

Russian River Brewing - Temptation
Style: American Wild Ale
ABV: 7.50%

Blonde Ale aged in used Chardonnay barrels from local Sonoma County wineries. It is aged for about 9 to 15 months (depending on the age of the barrel) with lots of brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Medium bodied with hints of oak and Chardonnay, funky brett characteristics, with a nice, long sour finish.

Russian River Brewing - Velvet Glow
Style: Lager
ABV: 4.75% IBU: 20.0

Velvet Glow is an homage to an old Grace Brother’s Brewing beer brewed right here in Santa Rosa! The Grace Brother’s brewery was around from 1933 to 1966, where they created many iconic beer brands including Velvet Glow and Happy Hops. This Helles style lager is a clean, crisp, and refreshing beer with a bright straw color, aromas and flavors of bread crust and biscuit. There is a very low bitterness with a mild hop aroma.
