CARPE NOCTEM is a black-as-night oatmeal coffee stout with roasted grain aroma and bold coffee character from coffee beans from East Sac’s famous “Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters.” Chocolate and carafa malts and English Ale yeast present a slight sweetness and mild roastiness with earthy, nutty tones together with a creamy body from a generous dose of good ol’ fashioned oatmeal. So pour yourself a glass of this bad boy and start your own revolution tonight!

Sactown Union Brewery - Centennial Falcon
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 47.0

Big, danky, herbal aromas, notes of pine, peach, apricot and lemongrass balance with a flavors of English toffee, and a slightly nutty, biscuity finish. The beer has a light golden hue, pillowy white head and is unfiltered - letting all the bold flavors of the Centennial and Falconer's Flight Hops to shine through! 	Sactown Union Brewery - Keen On Your Kiwis Style: American Wild Ale ABV: 6.50% IBU: 8.0 Hibiscus kiwi tart ale, 6.5% abv and 8 ibu. A lot of kiwis and hibiscus were harmed in the making of this beer. Tart and refreshing! Developing new style, "American tart ale."

Born out of a "Sac Beer Week" Collaboration between Sactown Union and the rapidly growing Ladies' Beer Afficinado Group, the "HopBroads," "Little Black IPA" is a knockout! Bodacious, smokey, roasty notes tango with big floral, aromatic hop notes of pine, lemongrass and apricot in this bold Black IPA. This one's really gonna turn some heads!
