Modeled after the tart beers of Northern Germany, this low ABV beer is the perfect drink for the outdoors. Crisp, fruity esters play alongside the salinity from himalayan pink salt, and the spice of ground coriander. With Pilsner and Wheat malts as backbone, we allow the use of lactobacillus to really shine through-- Providing you with an easy to drink, refreshing tart ale. By adding blackberry puree, the tart front is balanced like only a berry can.

	Saint Archer - Blonde Ale Style: Blonde ABV: 4.80% IBU: 22.0 Modeled after the bright, beautiful ales of Koln, our interpretation has a clean, crisp malt character similar to a Pilsner. The authentic Kolsch yeast strain pairs perfectly with our unique blend of aromatic Noble hops from Germany.

Saint Archer - Citra 7
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 7.00%

This new limited hop varietal Idaho 7 made its way to Saint Archer and we’re thrilled to present a new beer with this hop as the centerpiece. Coupling the new Idaho 7 with classic Citra has provided a unique hop profile resulting in a balance of soft apricot with bright lemon. By creating a blend of classic and brand new flavors, we have constructed a fresh IPA that will provide a new take on the notorious West Coast style.

	Saint Archer - Coffee Brown Ale Style: Brown Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 15.0 Made in collaboration with award winning Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, the beer gets its back bone by using Maris Otter as the base with a triad of chocolate and crystal malts, which impart a smooth and rich malt character. We infused that with a special Kenyan Makwa coffee using a cold extraction method.

Saint Archer - Coffee Cream Porter

We chose a Bolivian coffee with our friends from Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, which lends itself to a nougaty milk chocolate and toasted praline character. Layered with chocolate, crystal and Maris Otter malts, vanilla beans from Madagascar and lactose for that delightful creamy mouthfeel, this beer is the sweet porter that leaves you wanting dessert, especially if that dessert is another pint.

	Saint Archer - Hazy IPA Style: New England IPA ABV: 7.00% Hazy, full bodied, juicy, low bitterness, this beer has all the desired traits of a New England style IPA. We fermented this beer using London 3 yeast giving it a soft hazy look and with Mosaic, Citra, Azaaca, and Galaxy hops added in the whirlpool and the dry hop this beer is straight juice without the pulp!

Saint Archer - Hop Hash IPA
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.80%

Sometimes, just brewing an IPA isn't enough. Sometimes, you need to reinvent the wheel. In this case, we chose to do that by employing the use of Hop Hash, a by-product of the pelletizing process brought to us by our friends in Yakima. This super dense, concentrated hop product provides a very clean, pronounced hop bitterness and aroma. Using a small amount of Crystal malt to cut that bitterness, we dosed this beer heavily with Simcoe, Chinook, and Mosaic Hop Hash, leaving you with one of our moat hop-forward beers to date.

Saint Archer - Hoppy Pilsner
Style: German Pilsner
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 40.0

The new beer is modeled after the pilsners brewed in Northern Germany. The beer has a firm bitterness from using European hops and a pale straw color that comes from using all German grain. This combination is then fermented with a German Lager Yeast, and allowed to lager in the tank. The blend of ingredients and time create a crisp, clean, flavorful, yet refreshing beer.

Saint Archer - Imperial Coffee Porter

There is something about a big, coffee porter that makes it one of the most alluring beers out there, and this beer is no different. Somewhere between dark brown and black, this beer exists as a beautiful achievement of the richness that only layers of chocolate and caramel malts, combined with some of Bird Rock Coffee Roaster’s finest, can compel. This beer is one that doesn’t discriminate; Enjoy it in front of a fireplace in the evening, or first thing in the morning to start your day.

Our take on a spring-time classic, this Dry Irish Stout brings everything you would expect to the table. We use fresh lemon peel coupled with hops from three continents, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, and Nelson Sauvin, to highlight the bright, citrus characteristics we love in hop forward beers. Saint Archer - Mosaic

Mosaic is the first born child of Simcoe. Some have described it as a Citra on steroids, but it's much more than that; rich in mango, lemon, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit, herbal and stone fruit notes. WIth Mosaic hops and a compelling trio of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Chinook- this Mosaic Double IPA is to be a sure winner in any Double IPA enthusiast's book.

Saint Archer - Red Ale
Style: American Red Ale
ABV: 6.50%

Our Red Ale has a blend of medium to dark crystal malts to give way to a toasted caramel profile. Mosaic, Galaxy, Cascade and Centennial hops are used throughout, giving this dry hopped beer notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and grassy hop flavors and aromas. The Red Ale has a firm bitterness that does not overpower, but balances the sweetness of the malt and then ends with a dry session-able finish.

This IPA is packed full of malt complexity and tempered with a combination of hops unlike any we have used before. Maris Otter, Malted Rye, and Crystal Rye provide a layered malt character exuding spice, bready malt, and just a touch of caramel. By loading up the back end of the boil with Waimea, Nelson, and Simcoe, our Rye IPA is a low bitterness, overtly aromatic IPA that is exploding with tropical, hoppy excellence.
