	Santa Cruz Cider Co. - Gravenstein Cider Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% The Gravenstein blend is our first batch of cider for the 2014 harvest. We used our early harvest gravenstine apples to create this wonderfully tart and dry cider. The Gravenstein, named for its big bold flavor, is a VERY limited release, only 50 gallons made.

	Santa Cruz Cider Co. - Hopped Apple Cider Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% The cascade hop gives this cider an intense fruity aroma that makes you think of mango and citrus right off. The first sip is tropical as it transforms into a balanced dry apple finish. There is not a trace of bitterness in this local favorite. Sip, enjoy, repeat.

	Santa Cruz Cider Co. - Little Red Style: Cider ABV: 6.50% This cider starts with our single varietal pippin cider that has been aging for 1 year. We then add Petite Sirah grape skins from our neighbors at Wargin Wines for about 1 week. The result is a lovely pink Rose cider with a full body and tannin.

	Santa Cruz Cider Co. - Lot 16: Luz Del Valle Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% This blend of apples is mostly Gravenstein, Newtown Pippins, Golden Delicious an a bit of Bellflower. It's a little more structured like a wine with a good balance of acidity and tannin. The aroma has a hint of wild yeast. This cider has an apple fruitiness without being sweet and no add back.
