Named not only for it’s color but also for the passion with which it was brewed, Brewer’s Blood is a robust, viscous, hop-forward Imperial Amber Ale. The event will include a guided tasting, exclusive trip into the brewhouse, and discussion facilitated by Hosted by Saranac’s master brewers, including Fred Matt whose family has owned and operated the Brewery since 1888.

	Saranac - Caramel Porter Style: Porter ABV: 5.40% IBU: 23.0 Saranac Caramel Porter is a Robust, flavorful porter Reminiscent of a by-gone era. True to brewing tradition, we've used dark caramel malt, as well as Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops for smooth, yet slightly bitter, roasted flavor, look for hints of the real caramel used in brewing this delicious beer!

	Saranac - Citra Galaxy Style: American IPA ABV: 8.80% Hugely aromatic and overflowing with “juicy” hop character, this is a bigger, fruitier, and more intense Imperial IPA than anything we’ve brewed before. Dry-hopped with multiple additions of Citra, Galaxy, and Centennial hops, this beer showcases big mango, passion fruit, and tropical-citrus hop character.

Saranac - Citra Pils
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 30.0

This American Pilsener is a style less seasonally tied to fall and is a hop forward pilsener perfect for the beach, a BBQ, a tailgate, and so much more. This crisp pils highlights the Citra hop which gives the beer a refreshing juicy character. It’s fruity with tropical notes of orange, pineapple, and guava because of its dry hopping process.

	Saranac - Cloud Splitter Style: Wheat ABV: 6.00% IBU: 50.0 Wheat malts and oats give it a hazy appearance. Citra hops, orange peel, and coriander create a perfect storm of flavor. This ale is unfiltered, unapologetic and unbelievably good.

	Saranac - Dark-tober(fest) Style: Oktoberfest ABV: 6.00% IBU: 25.0 The German style “festbier” is brewed with dark and light munich malts. These malts are Decoction mashed-a unique process that allows us to extract more flavor from our grains. The dark munich malt provides a reddish-copper color and a toasty malt flavor.

Saranac Root Beer has the trademark rich, creamy head that only a real Brewery Root Beer can achieve.

Our Saranac Strawberry Tart is a Wheat Ale that has the perfect balance between sweet and sour. The beer is a hazy-gold that’s slightly pink in color from the use of REAL strawberries. It has been kettle soured for a soft, subtle sour flavor that is balanced by a fresh, crisp, fruity, and inviting strawberry taste and aroma.

The result is an IPA that blends the lines of fruity and wild, with juicy mango, passionfruit, and grapefruit characters supported by subtle notes of overripe fruit and barnyard funk.
