Some of you may be familiar with one of our past seasonal releases – Pumpkin Chai. We increased the ABV to 9.5% and then aged this delicious concoction in Bourbon Barrels for 8 months. The sweet, strong bourbon flavors are prominent in this beer. The delicate body of this lighter beer is more susceptible to the bourbon flavors and aromas. But don’t worry, we didn’t lose the pumpkin or chai tea flavors here.

We're getting the most out of summer with a delicious new treat: Cucumber Watermelon Saison. First, we brewed a delightful, dry, classic Saison. Then we sliced up a pound of cucumber, letting it steep in the brite tank, and pureed 20 full watermelons and threw it in. The result is a fruity, funky Saison, reminiscent of jolly rancher candies.
