Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus combine to create a unique and complex hop aroma/flavor. Mosaic is the prominent hop, but Columbus, which is extremely high in alpha acids and overall oils, adds a lingering dankness. Tropical fruit, citrus, earthy pine, stone fruit, and herbal notes are all a part of the mix.
