After a full-day of brewing beer, a pilsner is the go-to beer for most on our team. This hoppy pilsner was brewed for our crew and all our fellow brewers out there! Inspired by the traditional pilsners of North Germany, Alluvium is brewed with 100% Bohemian malt to get the crisp clean finish that is a hallmark of German Pilsner. Generously hopped, Alluvium is aromatically imbued with the spicy noble hops and a pleasantly bitter finish. Prost!

	Seismic Brewing Co. - Danger Zone Style: Sour ABV: 4.20% Danger Zone Gose Style Ale is a modern spin-off of the historical sour ale, but which pays homage to cocktails. Specifically, this beer is designed after a special gin cocktail which contains strawberries, cucumbers, basil, mint, and limes. The aroma is full of pink fruit, melon, and a piney/citrus aroma reminiscent of gin.

Seismic Brewing Co. - Fight the Plower

The Cashmere hop is the star of the show here. Known for its unique lemon and coconut profile, this beer is fresh and citrusy, with a hit of tropical fruit – almost like a pina colada, but built onto the sturdy base of a pilsner. These hops are picked fresh at the farm, where our brewing team picks them up and drives them 12 hours straight back to the brewery!

There is nothing quite as tasty as a fresh hopped beer, and this Fresh Hop Pale Ale was truly a joy to brew. Every year, our brewing team loads up the shop truck and the refrigerated van on a mission to get farm-fresh hops. It's a brutal, but scenic 12 hour drive to Yakima, Washington where we arrive at the harvesting facility to select our lot. In this offering, a classic pale ale wort is infused with hundreds of pounds of Belma hops, which can best be described as Strawberry, Melon, Cucumber, Citrus, and a touch of dank.

Style: Oatmeal Stout
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 25.0

Our oatmeal stout, dense and creamy, aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels. Six different malts and two different kinds of oats are used to make this contemporary version of a pub classic. Lighter in bitterness than traditional American Stout, oatmeal stout is a hat tip to more English versions of the style. Combined with the vanilla, coconut and toffee characteristics of 6-12 year old bourbon barrels, this is a powerhouse combo for beer and whiskey lovers alike.

Rooted in the history of Koln (Cologne), Germany, Kolsch is an old-world beer style known for its subtly understated flavors of malt and fruit. We enhance this delicate-yet-delicious flavor profile with floral hop nobility and a distinct San Francisco sourdough character to create an homage to the traditional Kolsch beer with a modern twist.

Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 25.0

Black Lagers are deceptively drinkable and light on the palate compared to their cousins, Stout and Porter. Magnetic Midnight is constructed of a clean all-California grown and malted base with the added color of an especially dark malt. German Noble hops added late in the brewing process provide a subtle fruitiness and spiciness to complement the malty, cocoa finish. Prost!

This IPA is an IPA for hop heads. Each hop is loaded with essential oils redolent of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. Built upon a luxurious malt foundation and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Azacca, and Citra, Mozacca bursts with flavors of mango, pineapple, papaya, and tangerine. This incredibly well-balanced IPA with a slick oily mouthfeel and the warmth of 6.8% ABV create an experience that demands a return trip. Enjoy!

We brewed this IPA specifically for those that are endlessly searching for unique hop flavor and aromatic expression. Intensely aromatic, Shatter Cone features a bouquet of strawberry, stonefruit, melon, and citrus. The palate is bright, crisp, and acidic with a punch of clean bitterness which gives way to a lemon/orange and concord grape profile overlaid on a neutral malt canvas.

In order to make a double IPA that will stand out among the background, we packed in 4 lbs per barrel of the heaviest hitting hops on the market. The one-two punch of Idaho 7 and Mosaic creates a hard hitting combo of tropical fruit, gummy bears, and dank cannabis aroma followed by a sturdy, dry malt body and bracing bitterness. ...99% of you stopped reading this after the words "Double IPA"....

Stormquake is a Belgian Golden Ale, with a little Seismic twist. The base ingredient is Admiral Pilsner malt which is grown and malted here in California. For textural complexity and mouthfeel, unmalted barley flakes are added in the mash. Non-GMO dextrose sugar is added during fermentation. When added at just the right time, the dextrose creates fruitiness, dryness, and a touch of alcohol warmth which is characteristic of this awesome style. The addition of Saphir hops, while subtle, creates a charming spiciness to balance the palate. The yeast combines all these elements, integrating them into a malty, fruity, spicy, and wonderfully aromatic beer.

This 8.0% ABV behemoth boasts nearly 5 lbs per barrel of Comet, Cashmere, Belma and Citra hops bringing beautiful notes of strawberry, ripe citrus, tropical fruit and just a wee bit o' dank cannabis.

The Big One DIPA struck again on April 1st, 2022! This version uses a reckless amount of hops; 8.6 lbs per barrel of Idaho 7, to be exact! How were we able to add so many hops to the mix? We used a low temp-isomerization hop addition technique in the whirlpool that allows us to extract more hop flavor and essential oils, without extracting bitterness. The result is a beer ripe with essential oils highlighting everything we love about Idaho 7- an epic combo of stone fruit, sweet gummy candy and dank cannabis. Our entire team is HYPED on this latest rendition of The Big One, and once you try some for yourself, you'll see why!

Known to dabble in home brewing from time to time, Duke loves Belgian and hoppy beers, so we thought we’d make something to fit his palette. We threw close to 3 pounds per barrel of Azacca, Belma and Cashmere hops into this brew, boasting mouthwatering notes of sweet papaya, pineapple and mango, which gets rounded out by a delicate and spicy baked pear esther profile from the Belgian yeast.
