Sextant Winery - 2017 Estate Rose
Style: Rosé
ABV: 12.50%

Notes of wild strawberries and wild raspberries combine for a stimulating splash at the front of the palate. With ample acidity and a spirited blend of Rhône varietals, this wine has lively but balanced body. Twinges of orange zest, dried cranberries, and pomegranates grant complexity to the bouncy finish. Serve slightly chilled as part of a prelude to a warm afternoon into the cool evening.

	Sextant Winery - Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles Style: Cabernet Sauvignon ABV: 14.40% Deep black-plum aromas meet with roasted coffee, turned soil and a hint of toffee on the nose. A dense blackberry-paste flavor shows alongside oregano on the palate, which is framed by solid acidity and a firm, tannic structure.

	Sextant Winery - CC Chardonnay Style: Chardonnay ABV: 14.00% Chardonnay from Sacramento Vineyards in the prestigious Santa Lucia Highlands appellation of Monterey County, and our MacGregor Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in the Edna Valley appellation. Fermented in 90% Stainless Steel and aged 9 months 10% Neutral French Oak.

	Sextant Winery - Pinot Gris Style: Pinot Gris ABV: 14.30% This Pinot Gris was born in 2013 from the Edna Valley. It has a refreshing, crisp and light-bodied characteristic with citrus aromas.

	Sextant Winery - Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands Style: Pinot Noir ABV: 14.70% A prominent integration of raspberry, strawberry, and kirsch underscored by black truffles and spicy sage notes. Ample acidity and silky tannins along with an all-world finish result in unmistakable quality, style, and, yes, finesse but branded with Californian provenance.

	Sextant Winery - SLH Pinot Noir Style: Pinot Noir ABV: 14.50% About 70% of the fruit for this wine was fermented in small five-ton open-top fermenters, with the balance in ten-ton tanks. Aged 11 months in Neutral French Oak barrels.

	Sextant Winery - Zinfandel Central Coast Style: Zinfandel ABV: 14.80% Displays notes of black currant, raspberries, blueberries, and dark plums drench the palate in an intense and velvety rush. Nuances of cedar and fine grains of black pepper work together with unruffled tannins. The finish is dapper and persistent.
