Shacksbury Cider

	Shacksbury Cider - Arlo Style: Dry Cider ABV: 6.00% Aromatic, grapefruit, lightly sparkling, and dry. This cider is a blend of apples from Sunrise Orchards in Vermont and Basque bittersweet apples. The fermentation is slow using native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and aged for 3-6 months.

	Shacksbury Cider - The Vermonter Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% The Vermonter is a dry, gin botanical cider made by slowly fermenting apples and adding juniper berries. The resulting cider is homegrown but refined, with a taste of alpine meadows, spring wildflowers, and the Green Mountains themselves.

Shacksbury Cider - Whistlepig Lo-Ball
Style: Cider
ABV: 4.80%

Aged in WhistlePig Vermont white oak barrels, used to age their FarmStock whiskey. The resulting Lo-Ball is easygoing at just 4.8% alc/vol. with fresh apple flavor complimented by the dry, spicy character you would expect from rye barrels (or from a Vermonter). If you were to compare it to something, it’s more of a light easy-to-drink highball cocktail than a heavy barrel-aged beer.
