Six Rivers Brewery - Hazy Lady
Style: New England IPA
ABV: 6.30% IBU: 82.0

Brewed in honor of International Women’s Brew Day. Six Rivers was joined by 4 local women distillers, 2 local cideries and 5 local breweries. Locally grown grain was provided by Hindley Ranch and milled by Alchemy Distillery, Buddha Hand was contributed by Jewell Distillery and fresh pressed apple juice from Humboldt Cider was added into the fermenter. Coastal Haze yeast with 2019 Pinks Boots hop blend as well as Simcoe was added to the hop back.

Six Rivers Brewery - Weatherman
Style: Kettle Sour
ABV: 6.20% IBU: 22.0

Brewed in the Berliner Weiss style with all Imported malts and Northwestern hops. Brew is allowed to undergo a lactic fermentation in the kettle for 48 hrs. Lactobacillus is added which reduces the PH of the wort and adds acidity and sourness. The brew is then boiled along with hops as usual and fermented with our house strain ale yeast. Tart and delicious flavor profile featuring a pale straw color and a white pillowy head.

Style: Belgian Tripel

The Grand Marnier of Beer! A fabulous Belgian style Trippel brewed with floor-malted Maris Otter Barley and White Wheat Malt. A honey-hued, golden brew with hints of banana & clove doing a delicate dance with Belgian candi sugar, organic white chocolate from Humboldt Chocolate, and sweet Valencia orange peel. Spiced with just the right touch of German Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. Smooth and silky with a white pillowy head. Cheers, from Brewmaster Los!
