When life hands us too many hops, we brew this fruity, juicy, hop-bursting double IPA. Full & luscious tropical fruit aromas pull you in and eventually give way to sweet stone fruit flavor. A bold and juicy IPA is great with grilled meats and saucy barbecue. Try salty charcuterie and sausages ASAP. And funky strong cheeses scream for a hoppy IPA to pair with them. For dessert, think caramel salt and spice.

We combined a high school murder-movie sense of logic with a whole bunch of hand-selected hops and malts and the result was mind-blowing. This Brown Ale has a touch of nuttiness provided by our good friends Mr. and Mrs. Victory and Munich Malt. The addition of Northern Brewer, Cascade, and Willamette hops smooth this beer out to create an incredibly drinkable Brown Ale.

Some grapes never have a chance to become anything but wine. But these grapes told us that when they grew up, they wanted to complement the deep, roasty notes and sweet finish of this oak-aged, 8% stout. Once we translated their Castilian, we realized we had to support their dream. We knew you wouldn’t let us down, grapes. An oak-aged stout fermented with Malbec grapes. Complex and slightly boozy, yet balanced.

Real spearmint and peppermint, not extract, combine with cocoa nibs and vanilla beans to create your reward for making it through winter. Ancient Greeks tell us (’cause we talk to them) that Persephone turned Minthe into a mint plant in a jealous rage, to keep the little nymph away from her man Hades. Jealous rages rarely end well, but if one did result in mint we’re glad: this is a unique and delicious stout, and we recommend having one while you calm the hell down.
