With notes of mango, papaya, apricot, and a touch of citrus and pine in the nose, this is one big, beautifully hoppy IPA. Enough malt balance and restrained bitterness keeps it very drinkable.

Forgotten Forest is an easy drinking, tropical, hop bomb that’s perfect for sipping on a sunny Fall day on the CA coast. Big aromas of tropical fruit like mango, pineapple and coconut are balanced by citrus and floral notes. The bitterness is balanced and soft to make this easy going hazy a super crushable, all day drinking kind of brew. This Community Impact Series beer was brewed to benefit the Bay Foundation. The Bay Foundation focuses on restoration and bringing awareness to the amazing kelp forests on our coastline

Smog City - Grape Ape

A boundary pushing beer that is constantly changing, yet always delicious. Wine grapes are added to an IPA and fall into perfect harmony as the fruity notes combine with hop flavor and aroma to give a complex, but balanced beer. We are constantly designing and redesigning this beer. Each time we brew it we will be using different grape varietals, adding them at different points during the brewing and fermentation process until we hone in on the perfect, not-to-be-outdone, most delicious version of Grape Ape IPA.

A medium bodied American amber ale that balances a solid hop profile with a light caramel and toasty malt character. A prominent nose of bright citrus, pine, some caramel sweetness, biscuits, and light toasty malt. The sweet caramel and honey-like malt flavors complement the delicate fruitiness from the hops. The finish is toasty, subtly grassy, yet very balanced.

Our take on their flagship Mayberry IPA, this is no idyllic small town IPA. Bold and hop-forward, we used Ekuanot and Mosaic hops to bring some bright fruit flavors to the lively streets of LA. Winter Seasonal. This double chocolate imperial stout aged on raw cocoa nibs is about as decadent as they come. This fan favorite is brewed once a year and its anticipated return is wide spread. Named in honor of The Neverending Story’s character, The Nothing, who was the embodiment of lost hope and dreams and is set upon destroying Fantasia.
