Berry jam and raspberry candy aromas lead into a ripe red raspberry explosion on the palate, finishing lightly tart with rose' wine like notes and a beautifully low acidity.

Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.40% IBU: 65.0

Bright Orange in color, a juicy body with lower bitterness by design and big aromas define this Hybrid IPA; as we like to call it (In between West Coast and NE Style). A "modern" malt bill of Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats and Pale Wheat along with a massive 6lbs of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops per barrel provide for huge orange and tangerine aromas with a tangelo burst on the palate.

Punchy passion fruit aromas and blueberries dominate the nose while pine resins grab the palate. We added Lactose to this one for a bit of creaminess with the dank.

Crisp and refreshing, exotic and quenching; this passion project of ours has a light sweet malt flavor w/ notes of white grape, honey and woodsy earthiness. We start with our traditional German Style Kolsch, a touch of Cali then add 20lbs of Oolong Tea from the Wuyi Mountains in the Fujian Provence for a treat of cross cultural proportions.

A tropical and juicy front end which slides into a slightly sweet and silky mouthfeel on the mid with that smooth transition to our big punchy, hoppy finish. Mission accomplished! Malt proteins, a moderate lactose addition and 5lbs dry hop per bbl of Citra and Mosaic provide notes of pineapple, orange creamsicle, grapefruit peel and the illist MC's

State Brewing Co. - Fuzzy Bubblech
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.50%

Is it (buh-bull-leck) or (boo-boo-lay)? One shall never know.. What we do know about this mysterious elixer is that it's a hazy IPA full of exotic tropical flavors and aroma. Big mango and grapefruit on the nose lead to juicy papaya, passion fruit and resiny pine needle in the mid. We used 5lbs per bbl of Citra and Ekuanot hops on a wheat and oat heavy malt bill with just a hint of lactose for that "silky smooth"!

In this second of our Tea Kolsch series, we infused our German Style Kolsch base with Earl Grey tea. Notes of lightly sweet malt, honey and white grape lead into flavors and aromas of bergamot orange and black tea with an earthy / floral finish. With the perfectbalance between Kolsch and tea, we believe that we hit the "Grey Area" on this one.

Our Munich Helles Lager is lagered for six weeks with a German yeast strain to give it a traditional Euro profile. Clean, dry and crisp; this beer is an ode to tradition in recipe and execution but yet very modern in the quality and distribution sense. La La is brewed in small batches to ensure the freshness and integrity that Angelenos and So Cal beer enthusiasts alike have come to expect.

	State Brewing Co. - Nice Chucks Style: New England IPA ABV: 7.10% This zingy and hazy treat is loaded to the gills with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic & El Dorado hops. A large malt bill of wheat and oats give it that haze reminiscent of So Cal recreational and music culture past ..(and present). At 5lbs of dry hop per bbl alone, these hoppy kicks will impress even the keanest of eyes.

A dank body w/ balanced bitterness; Harry Callahan and Daniel Larusso would be proud!

Style: Oatmeal Stout

We chose 50lbs of super aromatic Groundworks Brazilian Single Origin organic coffee and cold steeped it into our Oatmeal Stout.What we have here is a dance of North and South American proportions. A fluffy oat base with a smooth, roasty and straight up cold-brew like depth in the mid-palate; this is all balanced perfectly by lush, toasty coconut with a touch of nuttiness on the finish.
