Juicy Banger: an English term for a fruit forward beer with assertive, juicy hop character. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops, ours has a huge hop presence, with notes of apricot, citrus, and a touch of pine, finishing modestly bitter. This is a great example of classic West Coast IPA meets newer hop burst styles.

The latest offering in our ever-evolving Single Hop Series. Cultivated in the USA, Apollo hops are generally used as a bittering hop due to their high alpha acid content. The aroma begins with sweet citrus, backed by a bit of dank and some noble hop quality. Resinous, earthy notes at first sip, relaxing to a smooth and lightly bitter finish.
