Our first Stony Creek beers are (203) India Pale Ale and (860) India Pale Ale. Each mildly different yet truly American IPA’s. Packed with Cascade hops from Washington’s Yakima Valley, Stony Creek IPA’s have a thirst quenching citrus flavor and aroma. We balance this with light crystal specialty malts to bring you a deep golden beer that drinks easy, and won’t leave your taste buds wanting for anything.

	Stony Creek Brewery - Brut Cranky Style: Brut IPA ABV: 7.50% Golden, dry and highly aromatic, the Brut IPA is a west coast innovation that just might be the most drinkable IPA style yet. The low bitterness along with lush tropical hop character and a bright effervescent finish, all combine to make it the ultimate Aggressively Laid Back IPA.

Style: Red Ale
ABV: 6.20% IBU: 30.0

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Amber Ale Crumb is our brewmaster’s interpretation of a classic Apple Crumble. Apple Cider, freshly pressed by New Haven’s own RIPE Craft Bar Juice, and a hefty addition of Oats lend hints of juice and a velvety body. True Ceylon Cinnamon and nutmeg add rich nuance. Treat yourself to something special this fall and pour yourself a slice!

Stony Creek Brewery - Stony Joe
Style: Golden Stout
ABV: 5.50%

Stony Joe is a Golden Mocha Stout. It is designed like a traditional Milk Stout but without using the typical roasted dark malts. Instead we use a boat load of rich, decadent golden colored English barley, flaked barley, flaked oats, and flaked wheat to give it lush body and smooth sweetness. We then ferment it on Cocoa Nibs and add fresh locally roasted Guatemalan Coffee, directly to the fermenter.

	Stony Creek Brewery - Sun Juice Style: Witbier ABV: 5.30% Sun Juice is a refreshing Belgian Summer Ale with wheat. Rare Wit yeast produces a silky body while Orange peel, Grapefruit peel, Coriander, and Chamomile impart a spicy and fruity complexity. It’s Summertime, grab yourself some Sun Juice.
