Structures Brewing - Distance and Meaning
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 45.0

Brewed with our favorite blend of malts and flaked oats. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and dry hopped with even more Mosaic and Azacca. This Double IPA shines bright with aromas of berry starburst and tropical fruit. Notes of dried mango and overripe papaya give way to subtle grapefruit rind, balanced bitterness with a soft body and dry finish.

Hopped with a new (for us) hop from Slovenia called Styrian Wolf, as well as African Queen, Simcoe, and Calypso. Full bodied, fruity, with just enough bitterness in the finish to keep things clean.

	Structures Brewing - Vexxagon Style: Brown Ale ABV: 4.00% Oat Brown Ale. We've noticed a bit of a resurgence in classic English style "pub" beers recently, and we're stoked about that. We brewed this as our take on an English brown ale. Brewed with 50% flaked oats in the mash. Big creamy body, nutty aroma and taste, clean dry finish. Highly drinkable.
