Studio Brew - Dancing Monk
Style: Belgian Strong Dark
ABV: 8.50% IBU: 29.0

A complex, strong, Belgian-style ale with a wonderful marriage of fruity esters and spicy notes including white pepper with a moderate balance of alcohol. Esters are reminiscent of pears, oranges, and apples. Belgian dark candy sugar is added to increase flavor and alcohol. Perle & Tettnang Hops are added for bittering and to increase the spicy, fruity notes to complement the yeast.

	Studio Brew - Das Pilsner Style: German Pilsner ABV: 5.00% IBU: 31.0 Malty, residual sweetness with a clean, crisp taste and a refreshing fresh Finish. Light in sulfur taste, which is true for a German Pilsner. Hop bitterness is medium with an essence of white grape at the end.

	Studio Brew - Hoppy Haka Style: New England IPA ABV: 7.30% IBU: 63.0 New England Style I.P.A. with a New Zealand Hoppy Twist. New Zealand Hops used for this beer added multiple times through the brew process and dry hopped at the end. Blood Orange used as a final infusion for added balance for this Haze Craze Beer.

Studio Brew - IRA Hop Bomb
Style: Irish Red Ale
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 42.0

As captivating as a 1940’s Pin Up… The robust flavor that comes from the five unique malts, including Cara Red Malt, and rolled oats create the base for a creamy, rich, malty, semi-sweet red ale true to Irish Tradition. But don’t be fooled by this lass – she has a feisty way about her. Falconer’s Flight 7-C’s Hops are added three different times during the boil, then a good dose of Citra is added in for good measure.

	Studio Brew - Marvelous Marzen Style: Marzen ABV: 6.10% IBU: 20.0 A rich balance of malt but not over powering. Clean hop bitterness with a bread or biscuit aroma and flavor. Lighter than a Oktoberfest because it is a spring & early summer beer.
