Sugar Creek Brewing - Biere de Garde
Style: Biere de Garde
ABV: 6.80%

Malt-forward amber with deep hints of caramel and candied apple. Eight different specialty malts come together to yield a magnificently complex malt profile. The French Strisselspalt hops used for aroma create a mildly spicy and floral bouquet. The unique yeast strain combined with warm fermentation and an extended cold-conditioning period produce a smooth and drinkable ale reminiscent of a lager but with full flavored ale fruitiness.

Dark Reflection is Sugar Creek Brewing Company's first Belgian Dark Strong Ale. This beer was brewed specifically for our Two Year Anniversary on 10/29/16. It is intended to be enjoyed while reflecting on the hard work, wins and challenges of our second year of business. Noted flavors in the beer are: raisins, dates, plums, vanilla, candied fruit, oak and toffee.

The winning beer, Sweet Milk Chocolate Stout, was brewed with organic coca nibs, milk sugar and Belgian chocolate malts. This combination yields a full flavored stout which pours silky black, produces a frothy head and delivers flavor notes of a French roasted coffee rich with cream and a bittersweet chocolate finish.

Sugar Creek Brewing - Mocha Java Porter
Style: American Porter

In this limited release, the hops take a back seat by adding some delicate floral notes and our blend of four malts and locally roasted, cold brewed coffee take the spotlight. The end result is an exceptionally smooth and drinkable beer with some mild dark fruit flavors, hints of roasted malt nuttiness and a bittersweet dark chocolate coffee finish.

	Sugar Creek Brewing - Pumpkin Blaster Style: Pumpkin Beer ABV: 7.00% A malty German-Style ale inspired by the flavors of fall. Copious amounts of pumpkin are added into the mash with a dash pumpkin pie spice. Toasted NC Malts add a fresh baked graham cracker note. The beer is finished with Vanilla Beans from Madagascar and measures 7% ABV.

A traditional farmhouse ale that dates back to the origin of agriculture in Southern Belgium, this style was brewed by farmers to nourish their seasonal workers – known as Saisonniers – during the grueling work of the season’s harvest. An array of distinctly Belgian flavors. Notes of spice, clove and banana wonderfully combine in this beer with a light toastiness from its traditional Belgian Malt, finishing with a tart and dry refreshing finish.

Sugar Creek Brewing - Unlimited Juice
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.40% IBU: 50.0

Unlimited Juice showcases a traditional Belgian farmhouse ale grain bill and unique juicy hops. One can expect the delicate esters of a farmhouse ale, moderate bitterness, and notes of pineapple, berries, lemon, and grapefruit. Due to a generous proportion of wheat and oats used in the mash, one can expect excellent head retention and lacing along with a full, silky mouthfeel.

With a recipe that dates back to the 14th Century, this is one of our most traditional craft beers. Our interpretation was inspired directly by Pierre Celis and his original efforts to resurrect this beloved style. Is a wonderfully refreshing, easy drinking beer enjoyed throughout the year. Its grain bill includes nearly 50% unmalted wheat and oats while it is very lightly spiced with Coriander, Orange Peel, and a touch of other unique flavors.
