High in color, tannin, and extract, Cabernet Sauvignon expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, plum, currant, spice, and tobacco. In Bordeaux and elsewhere in the Old World you'll find the more earthy, tannic side of Cabernet, where it's typically blended to soften tannins and add complexity. In warmer regions like California and Australia, you can typically expect more ripe fruit flavors upfront.

Summerland - Chardonnay

Refined, silky nose of pineapple and Asian pear, this wine opens on the palate with flavors of guava and just a hint of lemon tart. It boasts a smooth, elegant balance of acid and subtle limestone, with a clean, caramel finish that lightly lingers. Layered and complex enough to enjoy on its own, yet soft enough to explore with a variety of dishes such as crab cakes and steamed vegetables, or roasted chicken with mushroom risotto.

Secondary hints of wet soil, white pepper are followed by fresh pear and hints of honey and oak. Delightful and cleansing acid structure with a layered creamy finish.

Summerland - Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc exhibits classic cool-climate aromatics of lime and fresh-cut grass.
