Sumter Original Brewery - When Goats Fly- Session IPA

ABV: 3.80% IBU: 25.0

English-style session ale, with a modern twist. Brewed with Riverbend Southern Select, and a touch of Crystal Malt for that English feel. Hopped with East Kent Goldings, with a dry hop consisting of Citra, Centennial and a sprinkle of Simcoe Cryo and Riwaka. Notes of Green Tea, Honey, Citrus zest, White Grape. Low ABV provides a sessionable, yet flavorful, beer. Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Greener Pastures Brewing Co.

Brewed with corn and crystal malts, our rendition skillfully blocks the higher alcohol like the squadron that inspired it. Wild Weasel aircraft is to bait enemy anti-aircraft defenses into targeting it with their radars, whereupon the radar waves are traced back to their source, allowing the Weasel or its teammates to precisely target it for destruction.
