My aim with this wine is to keep to the classic style of traditional Albariño from Rías Baixas region of Spain, showcasing its vibrant acidity and fresh aromatics of tangerine and ripe peach. This wine is crisp and refreshing, with tropical grapefruit flavors, and a good minerality characteristic. It is a great accompaniment to just about any shellfish.
