Style: Berliner Weissbier
ABV: 3.50% IBU: 6.1

B. Weisse is made with a blend of white & red wheat that takes up 50% of the grain bill and is fermented with a blend of house yeast and lactobacillus. The Lacto gives this wheat beer its tart and acidic refreshing qualities, where the wheat malt lends the round malt body. Hints of pineapple and lemon abound in the effervescence of the nose.

Biere De Table is Tap It’s rendition of a Traditional Belgian Style Table beer. This hybrid beer embodies flavor profiles of both a Lager and an Ale. Using a neutral Belgium ale yeast strain, we are able to ferment the beer at ale temperatures and craft a light, dry, crisp lager flavor. This beer is a spin on tradition that pairs with any occasion.

Café Noir is an imperial Coffee Porter that has been barrel-aged for 8 months in Pinot Noir barrels from the California Central Coast. It is then cold infused with a blend of locally roasted coffee that was hand-selected by Tap It's brewing team and added just before bottling for the freshest of coffee flavors. We fermented this beer at a slightly higher temperature to lend the warmth and mouthfeel of a Hot Toddy.

Caltucky is an American twist on a Russian Imperial Stout. Brewed with Wheat, Corn, and Rye just like a good Bourbon, then rested for 4 months on Old Forester Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. The robust richness of the imperial stout and characteristics of the rye and bourbon have matured into a complex, spicy, and flavorful stout. A marriage of Russian Imperial Stout and Kentucky Bourbon from twisted Californian minds.

Continuum is a traditional German-Style 12 degree Plato Pilsner brewed using traditional ingredients. Starting with a blank water profile, we were able to emulate a soft continental European water character. “Lovingly” named after two of our begrudging brewers, Frick & Frack is a pinot noir barrel fermented Belgian specialty dubbel. This ale was fermented in pinot noir barrels used once prior for the 2016 batch of Café Noir. With a secondary fermentation with both tart & sweet cherries where it aged for 6 months. The imparting of tannins from the barrels and uncontrolled fermentation produced a tart dubbel.

Haze Faze is a juicy & cloudy IPA inspired by the IPAs of New England. Thanks to the copious amounts Citra, Amarillo, Huell Melon, & Hallertau Blanc hops used throughout the brewing process you’re immediately hit with a big nose that screams tangerine, followed closely by guava, passion fruit, & lemon peel. This kettle soured IPA is looking at tart and juicy. Heavy use of oats give it a creamy mouthfeel that is finished clean and tart with the lactic acid from the Brevis (Lactobacillus Brevis). Dry hopped with Azacca and Hallertau Blanc. Where the azacca will lend mango and papaya aromatic, the hallertau blanc will be passion fruit character in the aroma.

heavily hopped and high in alcohol. To pack in as much hop character as possible, we hopped it in the mash ton, first wort, bittering addition, flavor addition, whirlpool (aroma), and dry hops in fermenter. With the 6 combined hop additions and 5 distinctive varieties of hops, this Double IPA is a hop head masterpiece. The Malt profile was kept relatively simple to keep the hop character predominate yet not overwhelming.

A refreshing twist on a traditional Mexican Fresca. Tepaches are traditionally made using pineapple, piloncillo sugar and cinnamon. Using a Berliner Weisse base we did a secondary fermentation with fresh pineapple puree, Mexican cinnamon and black peppercorns. We omitted the piloncillo sugar to keep the ABV down and the flavor crisp and refreshing without the molasses flavors of the piloncillo.

Three on the Tree is a Triple India Pale Ale named after the 3 speed column shifter on the ranch truck used to pick the 3C hops (Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus) used in the original hop farm series beer. This Triple IPA, features a bold hop flavor and fresh floral hoppy aroma that derives from whole hops used in conjunction with our hop back.

The three hops used are Mosaic, Melon, and Eureka, which give TropiCali its tropical dankness. The aroma is heavy with grapefruit and melon, which pairs nicely with the dank pine notes from Eureka and a hint of mint. Just as the name implies, TropiCali delivers big tropical and dank flavor, with notes of sticky hops and the perfect amount of malt to balance it out.

Wheat Vine is a chardonnay barrel aged wheat wine rested on French oak for 5 months. Gambrinus honey malt was added to accentuate the honey suckle of the chardonnay barrel and increase flavor, as well as aroma. This beer was hopped in a west coast barley wine fashion to bring out floral notes of honey, peach, and citrus. Wheat Vine is the true embodiment of the Central Coast.
