The Crusher Petite Sirah is a deep, inky color with bold aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, and fig jam. The inviting aromas lead to a medium palate with a core of juicy fruit flavors, toasted hazelnut and baking spice notes. The wine spends 10 months in a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak, giving the final blend a soft texture with fine, well-integrated tannins.

Deep purple-violet color unveils a pleasing nose of cherry vanilla cola, blackberry liqueur, teriyaki and a hint of sweet bourbon barrel. Dense flavors of dried blueberry, art blackberry and dark chocolate are evident in the forefront. Our full bodied, rich Petite Sirah finishes with layered notes of Italian roast coffee, cocoa nibs and roasted fig. Fourteen months aging in French and American oak yield complexity and style.

Our Petite Sirah is an inky violet color with vivid aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, fig preserves and pomegranate. The pronounced aromas ring true on the palate with bold flavors of juicy plum, baked fig and ripe blackberries. The wine is juicy, full-bodied with a rich texture, has smooth tannins with beautifully extracted color. It imparts an impressive flavor with a lushness that lingers on the finish.

The Crusher - Unoaked Chardonnay
Style: Chardonnay
ABV: 13.50%     

The Crusher 2016 Unoaked Chardonnay offers aromas of pineapple and hints of butter and cream. This unoaked wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was stirred on its lees to obtain a super soft, mouth-coating feel and opulent body. The plush flavor of bread dough precedes a moderately long finish.
