Our continuous hunt for fresh combinations led us to two up and coming hops bursting with bright, bold citrus flavors. True to its name, Citra delivers an intense hit of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, and passion fruit notes. Ridiculously aromatic Azacca, a newere dwarf hop named for the Haitian God of agriculture, exudes tart tropical notes and slight grassiness to balance it all out.

	The Hop Concept - Citrus and Piney Style: DIPA ABV: 8.50% IBU: 75.0 Bold orange peel and honey aromas with a faint hint of bready malt define this IPA. The citrus and piney are both on full display, with tangerine and grapefruit notes that lead to a crisp spicy finish.

	The Hop Concept - Hull Melon and Blanc Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 8.00% Huge aromas of bright passion fruit, pineapple and grapefruit will lead the charge from the Hallertau Blanc hops, while the Hull Melon hops will yield balancing floral honeydew melon and strawberry notes.

We here at The Hop Concept do one thing really well; we make hoppy beers. For the beer you're currently holding in your hand, we tapped Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops to brew our latest hoppy creation. Bursting with aromas of tangerine peel and lemon, The Hop Concept IPA has huge notes of juicy and ripe grapefruit while finishing refreshingly dry. We like it so much we named it after the brand. 	The Hop Concept - Lemon And Grassy Style: Imperial IPA ABV: 8.50% Our summer IPA features tangy, floral hops on the nose with aromas of fresh-cut grass and lemon peel. On first sip, tangelo and lemon zest burst through with emerging hints of spice from the hops, all balanced by a faint caramel malt backbone.

The Hop Concept - Mosaic and Eureka IPA
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 8.00%

Two heavyweights with complex flavors meet head-on in this one-of-a-kind IPA. Mosaic, probably one of the most aptly named hops, fuses hints of tropical fruit, citrus, and berry with mild herbal, earthy, and pine characteristics. Heady Eureka hops emphasize heavy pine, underlined by mild floral notes and rounded out with dank aromas.

The Hop Concept - New Hop Smell
Style: American IPA
ABV: 8.50%

Brewed with Lemon Drop, Denali, Galaxy and Experimental Hop 06927 hop varietals. New Hop Smell, the latest in The Hop Freshener Series, is overflowing with hoppy goodness. Starting off with the heavenly aromas of pine and tropical fruit that leads to an initial burst of lemon citrus and pineapple, rounding out with a slight melon sweetness and a dry crisp finish with a hint of hop spiciness.
