Style: Belgian Golden Strong

#AskBill is a hybrid between a traditional Belgian style Golden Strong Ale, and an American Double IPA. Brewed with Belgian Malt, this beer was loaded up with El Dorado, Citra, and Galaxy hops, and fermented with a blend of two Belgian yeast strains for a beer that is packed with tropical fruit, peach, and citrus flavors from the hops, and classic notes of bubblegum and spice from the Belgian yeast.

The Hourglass Brewery - Barista's Blessing
Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 6.10% IBU: 22.0

Dark brown in color yet a clear deep ruby color when held up to the light. White to light tan color head with strong carbonation and head retention. Aroma is reminiscent of whole grain bread with mild roasted coffee and chocolate notes. Tastes of clean, roasted barley. Hops are minimal but balanced. Robust characteristics of an American Brown Ale with a dry and malty finish of an English Brown Ale.

This English-style brown ale is brewed with a delicate balance of chocolate and honey malts for unmistakable color and flavor. A generous portion of oats was added for a silky-smooth mouthfeel. English hops lend just enough flavor and bitterness to round out this delicious pint that’s as smooth as honey.

The Hourglass Brewery - Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzel
Style: Stout
ABV: 8.10% IBU: 21.0

Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzel Stout is crafted to remind drinkers of its namesake. Brewed with wheat, oats, barley, biscuit malt, chocolate barley, and chocolate wheat, the base beer gives off a toasted bread character. Single origin Ecuadorian cacao nibs provide the dark chocolate flavor, while real sourdough pretzels added to the fermenter bring the whole thing together.

The Hourglass Brewery - Double Barrel Maple Braggot
Style: Braggot
ABV: 10.50% IBU: 11.0

We set out to make a brew that is perfect for the Autumn season. The beer started with a hefty base of barley before hundreds of pounds of wild flower honey and pure maple syrup were added. Lastly, 66% of the beer was aged in apple brandy barrels, and 33% was aged in bourbon barrels that previously contained apple cider. The end result is sweet, smooth, and bursting with maple, apple, brandy, and bourbon character.

Honeybell Wit is a traditional Belgian style witbier brewed with 40 pounds of the highly sought after honeybell tangelo. In addition to honeybell, we also included coriander, and paradise seeds to make a well balanced beer with spicy black pepper notes and a soothing citrus character that is sure to quench your thirst on a warm, spring, Florida day

The Hourglass Brewery - Howling Marmot
Style: Sour
ABV: 5.90% IBU: 63.0

Howling Marmot is a cross between a Florida Weisse and an IPA. We kettle soured the beer with lactobacillus before adding huge amounts of Belma, Citra, and El Dorado hops. During fermentation we added hundreds of pounds of blackberries and red raspberries. The resulting brew is very tart, hazy, hoppy, and loaded with candied berry and citrus flavor.

	The Hourglass Brewery - Insatiable Hop Lust Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.80% IBU: 65.0 Insatiable Hop Lust was brewed with barley and oats, and whirlpool and double dry hopped with amarillo, mosaic, and nelson sauvin hops. A highly expressive yeast strain was used to ferment the beer, giving the final product huge flavor and aroma of pineapple, citrus, and tropical fruit.

	The Hourglass Brewery - Saison Du Sablier Style: Farmhouse Ale ABV: 6.60% IBU: 30.0 A dry, refreshing farmhouse ale brewed with floor malted pilsner malt, with saaz, calypso, and huell melon hops, fermented in our oak foeder with a blend of wild and traditional yeast.

The Hourglass Brewery - Straub Van Graham
Style: Wheat Ale
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 16.0

Light orange to copper in color with moderately carbonated, white foam and low head retention. Prominent but not overwhelming strawberry aroma followed by mild wheat notes. Tastes of sweet Strawberry tartlet, rounded notes of vanilla and cream with a dry wheat finish. Finishes sweet yet crisp with Strawberry and Honey notes.
