Cuzzin Adam was the brainchild brewer behind This Brut IPA and its packed full of late additions of galaxy and nelson hops with a touch of a new experimental hop called pacific gem. Double dry hopped with the same hops a week apart. This dry and Juicy Brut IPA is crisp and refreshing and will leave you begging for more.

The two head brewers took lead on the recipe design for this beer. Josh and Cuzzin decided to go with a cocktail inspired offering. Starting with their house lacto blend, fresh cherry puree,a healthy dose of lime peel and a touch of lactose. Finally aging in freshly emptied whiskey barrels for 6 months. Presenting a cherry limeade whiskey sour we are calling Whiskey Sour Power!
