Light coffee aroma; smooth texture, easy drinking; complex roasty flavor,; rich generous, pleasant; off-dry, slightly sweet and round; crossover to dark.

ABV: 5.50% IBU: 28.0

Dark bittersweet chocolate with Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Six pounds of the best dark chocolate added at the end of the boil. A unique blend of Noble Hops with a Saaz finish. Roasted malts; loads of Colorado Malting Co.'s own special Belgian Chocolate Malt. Complex and bold with a dark chocolate finish. A robust fermentation with a little hint of London old-world flavor.
