A kettle sour style gose, it presents a sweet aroma with funk and tart overtones. An awesome light gose that is easy drinking. Thunder Canyon Brewery - ZoniFornia
Style: Gruit
ABV: 5.50%

This ancient style of beer was brewed with Belgian Westmalle yeast, juniper from California and Arizona, sage, and other fresh foraged botanicals. It was also aged on Arizona walnut spears during the fermentation. Brewed in collaboration with Cismontaine Brewing in Santa Ana California this complex brew has strong notes of fresh herbs and spices and a slight tartness. Enjoy the layers of flavor brought together by two great states.
