Today we introduce Scarlett, our Irish Red Ale brewed by cellerman, chef, all around hard working get it done TCB teammate Luke! Scarlette pours a rustic amber hue with an ivory head. The aroma is malt forward, accented with yeasty esters and lighlty floral English hop notes. The flavor is balanced and smooth, light caramel and subtle toasty notes round out the malt profile, gently balanced with hop bitterness for superior drinkability.
