Lua Brewing & Sapwood Cellars Brewery visited us at Toppling Goliath to go on a mission, venturing into uncharted territory by exploring previously unrecognized and underutilized aromatic compounds naturally occurring in hops. Harnessing the power of these compounds, we were able to achieve aromatic notes of bright, tropical passionfruit, orange, & grapefruit while still maintaining the fine line of balance. It was quite the paradoxical challenge, but as they say, “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Join us on a journey into another universe of flavor!
