Our 2015 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal Winner in the Strong Pale Ale Category is packed full of hop flavor with a lighter malt body, this American IPA showcases Citra, Centennial and Chinook hops. Citrus, Grapefruit and Passionfruit dominate the nose and tongue in this hop bomb. Brewed on a limited basis because of short supply of it's namesake hops.

We brewed this stout with German Pilsner, Special B, White Wheat, and Chocolate Wheat to give it a bready and slightly roasty malt character. Aged on Bourbon Barrels and then on cacao nibs to provide an oaky vanilla and chocolate flavor. We added just a touch of salt to round out the pretzel experience. We took a similar malt base to our Space Cadet Black IPA and scaled the ABV up, then let it rest in a bourbon barrel sleep chamber for over a year before awekening this beast with a large dry-hop addition of Moasic and Amarillo. The nose is bourbon, oak and resiny hops with a deep space dark chocolate and raisin malt flavor profile.

No spoons needed! This fruited sour pours vibrant red in color with a bright fruited nose and tart finish from the Berliner Weisse base. Raspberry, pineapple, lime, and vanilla added in secondarily and brewed with lactose to add a touch of sweetness and balance. At 4.2% settle in because this is that low ABV you've been looking for on a long night with friends.

This unique IPA was brewed with hop products that utilize some of the newest processing technologies to achieve an intense juicy hop character with very low bitterness. We used Ekuanot Lupulin Powder in the whirlpool and then heavily dry hopped with Steam Distilled Citra Hop Oil from New River Distilling Company in Boone, NC.

Well, I can’t sleep, I’ve been up all night...We brewed this beer for the fans of big, bold and dark beers. Layers of chocolate from German and Belgian Malts cover the creamy mouthfeel of the flaked oats and Lactose...Cause the best thing about New Years is the Christmas Lights. We threw a whole lotta honey in to tie it together and then finish it off with locally roasted coffee. Sunrise is my sunset, the Carolina Sky. I’ve been out all night.

Style: Czech Pilsner
ABV: 4.60%

Traditional Czech Pilsner brewed with fresh picked Michigan Zuper Saazer hops. Pale yellow in color with a dense white head, with aromas of biscuit & light toast from the malt, along with mild grass & spice aroma from the fresh green hops. 100 lbs of wet hops were added during whirlpool to showcase the hop qualities and low bitterness.

ABV: 5.30% IBU: 48.0

Featuring Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops that contribute big fruity notes of apricot, tropical fruit and citrus with moderate bitterness. A touch of orange peel and coriander add some depth to the citrus notes as they was over your taste buds. Plenty of wheat yields a pale golden color and a light, refreshing beer that tops with a frothy white foam.
