	Union Craft Brewing - Balt Altbier Style: Altbier ABV: 5.60% IBU: 45.0 This German-style Altbier is our nod to an old world, old school ale. The word “Alt” is German for “old”, and refers to the traditional style of brewing before lager yeast was discovered. Balt is a dark, copper colored brew with a creamy head, a gentle bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

Union Craft Brewing - Blackwing Lager
Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 4.80% IBU: 27.0

This crisp clean dark lager begins with hints of roasted coffee beans and rich chocolate but showcases a surprisingly light body and mouthfeel. This Schwarzbier (German for “Black Beer”) is moderately hopped with Noble German hops that complement the delicate malt backbone. Not to be underestimated this light lager is a true champion of flavor! Caw!

Put your hard hats on hop lovers, Change Order is a big 7.5% IPA that will make you change your plans! Bursting with Citra and Mosaic and just a little touch of bitterness, this is an IPA built to last. As we enter the final phase of our new brewery build, we dedicate this IPA to all the workers, contractors, painters, plumbers, welders, riggers, electricians and anyone that’s laid a hand on this project. The Cold Pro doesn't worry about shoveling out your parking spot reserving it with a plastic lawn chair. It just slips on a hotel bathrobe and heads to the pool. Style: IPA - American
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 50.0

Divine, described on the can as a “Perversely Hoppy Ale” is brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops lending a floral, citrus, and tropical fruit aroma to the brew. Notes of orange, lemon, guava, grass, & a piney resin drive the flavor profile. It’s a clean and quaffable IPA with a slightly hazy appearance and a bold, yet drinkable flavor.

G.O.A.T. IPA is a liquid tribute to the pride of Baltimore Football, Ed Reed. Golden-hued and laid back with aromas of dried stone fruits, berry and melon- just enough to let you know there's some serious hops in this beer. Once the aroma is released, the G.O.A.T. descends upon the palate with flavors of juicy, citrusy grapefruit, sweet pear, pineapple and peach. One sip of this sour and you’ll think you’ve been transported to the shore – Sunshine reflecting off the water as the waves lap at your feet. The citrus aroma of pink grapefruit dances on the nose. It’s the Eve of Preakness and you’re at Black Eyed Susan Day at the Legendary Pimlico Race Track. You box the one-three Perfecta Bet and head to the paddock to watch the horses get saddled. At the sound of the bugle call you crack open your can of Southside Sour, a beer inspired by the caNe collective, classic Southside Cocktail Mixer. The gates swing open, the bell rings, Lemon, Ginger, and Mint are off! Lemon is out in front, rounding the first corner with Ginger close behind. Mint pulls up the rear as they’re rounding the home-stretch. Its neck and neck– a perfect balance of sour lemon, spicy ginger, and cool mint. AND DOWN THE STRETCH THEY COME. Southside Sour heads to the winner circle as fans cheer, thirsts are quenched, and Baltimore rejoices over a homegrown collaboration celebrating Maryland traditions.

After spending the cold winter training our palettes on malty winter brews its time to get out on the field and play some ball with an IPA that’s both refreshing and complex. The lemony-herbal aromatics of Sorachi Ace hops spring out of a nice, light bodied wheat & honey malt base. You can always rely on a solid hit from Steady Eddie.

Union Craft Brewing - Tremolo
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.60% IBU: 55.0

Look deep into the yellow haze to find the sweet melodies of tropical hop flavor. The pineapple and mango aromas loom on the horizon while notes of orange candy play in the undertones. Crank up the volume when you take your first sip and let the hop flavors reverberate on your tongue- giving your tastebuds the perception of sweetness with a balance of pithy bitterness. Its lush texture and dry finish glide into the final chord resonating inside a feedback loop of grapefruit bitterness. Enveloped in haze. Trembling with hops.
