	Vintap - 2017 Jupiter Sangiovese Style: Red Wine ABV: 14.60% 100% Sangiovese, tank fermented, 100% barrel aged in seasons French Oak. Well defined fruit. Initial currant and wild berry aromas followed by a sweet palate of Morello cherries, dark chocolate and aromatic herbs. Lingering finish reflects aromas plus the addition of clove and orange peel.

	Vintap - Purple Hawk Style: Red Wine Blend ABV: 14.50% Notes of blackberry identify the Syrah while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds an impression without overshadowing combination of black currant, black pepper, and cocoa powder. Displaying an appealing richness, the finish shows bright red plums, pepper and an edge of sweet spices.
