This IPA raises the bar. When we went to build this new IPA, we decided to use hops that are not everybody's go to hops. Prepare yourself for a unique approach to an IPA. Glacier hops with some Horizon thrown in for a bit of bitterness with the caramel and golden color with white head. Smells of melon and candied fruit, taste of pineapple and melon.

	West O Beer - CoCo Stout - Nitro Style: Stout ABV: 6.00% IBU: 24.0 Cream stout with lactose sugar…”thats why it’s a cream stout.” Cocoa nibs and bourbon vanilla beans make this beer creamy and chocolaty. Hints of coffee from 2 types of roasted malts. Candi sugar for a bit of marshmallow. We wanted a stout, so why not a cream stout? Because we can, and we did.

Style: Blackberry Lager
ABV: 5.60% IBU: 15.0

As crisp as a late fall evening with enough berry flavor to get you through the harshest Okoboji winter, CoZY is, at its core, a delicious, medium-bodied winter lager that is perfect for a stroll through the woods or a late night sitting by a crackling fire. An addition of blackberry sends this beer over the top both in terms of flavor and appearance.

West O Beer - Doppelbock
Style: Doppelbock
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 21.0

"Dopple-", meaning double, this is the "big-brother" to one of the most popular German beer styles, the bock. Historically, doppelbocks were said to be brewed by Bavarian monks as a form of "liquid bread" to provide sustenance during their fasting months. The bold and assertively malty style is always well-balanced and surprisingly drinkable, and pairs perfectly with a roaring fire on a cold, crisp evening. Toasted bread and unsalted pretzel give way to notes of sticky toffee, dried fruits, and just a touch of sweet chocolate. This rich and full-bodied strong lager pours a deep garnet with a long-lasting, creamy head, and opens up to more complex flavors and aromas as it warms.

	West O Beer - Holy L Style: India Pale Lager ABV: 4.50% IBU: 35.0 Classic Cascade and Centennial hops in what could easily have been a pale ale. We lowered the alcohol, bumped up the bitterness, dry hopped, and fermented with lager yeast. All to create a unique session IPL. We call it obsessionable.

	West O Beer - Honey Blossom Saison Style: Saison ABV: 4.50% IBU: 14.0 Light and refreshing, hints of green tea and honey, with a tiny bit of banana and clove. Brewed with 2 pounds of honey per barrel plus elder flowers. Perfect for summer.

A responsible amount of cherry wood smoked malt lends hints of forest and campfire that blend well with the subtle spice of Perle hops. Not being fans of extremely smoked beers, we wanted to bring some balance to the style.
