A collab with our dear friends from the Golden Isles, Southern SoulBBQ. This beer was brewed with barley we drove from Decatur to St. Simon and back to get smoked in their smokehouse. A rich malty beer with notes of chocolate, toffee, and subtle smoke. A portion of proceeds benefits Firebox Soul, a helping hand in the form of financial grants to those in the local Coastal Georgia hospitality and service industry family in need of emergency assistance as well as scholarship opportunities for qualifying applicants.

How about a big, malty beer that evokes a good red wine and with a drier finish than you’d expect at 10.5% ABV? Eschaton is a one-of-a-kind oaked all-malt Quadrupel (or “Belgian Strong Dark” if you prefer) that abounds with dark fruit and pit fruit flavors as well as earthy spiciness. Vanilla oak and warm viniferous notes assert themselves as the beer warms to reveal additional layers of delicious complexity.

	Wild Heaven Beer - Fortress of Sourtude Style: Sour ABV: 6.00% A mixed fermentation ale made with nearly 80 pounds of peaches per barrel. For primary fermentation we used Orchard Brettanomyces. After the peaches were added we allowed multiple native Georgia lactobacillus strains that were cultured from the peach skins to further sour the beer to give it a wonderful, clean tartness.
