Adjective Animal is dry hopped twice, in two different vessels, along with a great wasteful pile of hops in the kettle, and another huge tongue beating heap of hops in the whirlpool. This is as hop forward as it gets. Orange, tangerine, papaya, pine, grapefruit, and mango shall waft forth. Very tropical. Nugzilla, Citra, Falconers Flight, and Centennial hops perfection.

Magical natural process beans from the Konga region of Ethiopia lead the way in this beautiful coffee stout. This rare variety of coffee leads to aromas of sweet roastiness and flavors of blueberry pie. Lactose, or milk sugar, is added along with oats for a silky medium body and a lush finish. Red Bull and vodka done the long way for old men; not teenagers.

Jean de Lis (Ice Pick Style Lager)- France and beer are not often thought of together. However, golf and refreshing beverages are. And the "Teamonade" or "Arnold Palmer" is the most refreshing of all golf refreshments. The Alsace region of France grows a distinctive hop called Strisselspalt, and this unique hop variety is used heavily in the brewing process of this slammable lager. This French leaning Meyer Lemon and Exceptional Black Tea flavored lager is slightly sweet from a brewhouse lactose addition. Jean DeLis (which translates to John "of flowers") will outdrive any longball competition and make out on the 19th green while streakers run wild in ecstasy. 5% ABV (contains Lactose)

With a malt bill hailing entirely from Tennessee, Mikx tape is a blend of pilsner malt along with malted corn. Powerful, cereal corn pushes through the beer to make a corn cake and tortilla-like toasty flavor prevail. The native ingredients bring a pleasant rusticity to this dynamic but quaffable lager. The hop portion comes to us as spicy, herbal hop impact from French Strisselspalt hops. We haven't seen this combination since Paris, TN put up a tiny Eiffel tower.

This beer is full of biscuit and honey malt with low-key hops will make you come back for more...not sporadically, we hope! This is the beer of a simpler time; the 90s. My So-Called Beer is a pale amber ale, or um orange ale if you will, the kinda beer that ran rampant in the pre 21st century world. This beer release will be hella 90s with Nirvana unplugged on the big screen and 90s jams playin all night. WISEACRE Brewing Co. - Parti-Colour

We found inspiration in the beautiful and precocious dog breed known as the Italian Greyhound who happen to often be parti colored. It sounded like a fun name and we’ve been known to get on the Venga bus and parti a bit too. This beer is brewed with Weyermann's Italian Eraclean Malt, which is actually grown on the Adriatic coast of Italy, northeast of Venice. Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc, which is a daughter to Cascade, it’s a great blend of grassy German hops and fruity American hops with a wonderful vinous character. Crisp, clean, with a touch more bitterness than your German Pilsner.

Prank Calls to Satan can be quite deceiving and fun. Prank Calls To Satan Black IPA is also deceiving and fun. The name comes from a Far Side cartoon that really gave Davin and Kellan the giggles as young'uns. The beer is light in body with sturdy hop bitterness and robust, fruity hop aromas from Delta and Chinook. There is just a hint of the toasty flavor from the more highly kilned malts that lends it a deep dark color.

Warm hands close to the fires, wintry mix fun. Striezelmarkt brings title to our beer, the original holiday shop. From 1434 in Dresden year, a bright piney aroma will pop. Set adrift on memory bliss, pfefferkuchen, nussknackers, and this. Lavish IPA brings forth jubilation, hoppy time, fizzy pop, refreshment elation.

Silky wheat and oats, peppery grains of paradise and the zesty zest of organic Gold Nugget mandarins from Rancho del Sole are brought together in this Belgian-style beer. Refreshing, thirst-quenching and slightly tart, it is a revitalizing snoot of sunshine with a toot of fruit and spice. Hoegaarden White and Blue Moon are commercial examples of the style. Ours is very similar to Hoegaarden, the original commercial example. Those who like weissbier (which includes hefeweizens) are likely to dig it. It is similar to a hefe: a pale wheat beer with fruit and spice character. However, wits are usually even paler, have more refreshing tartness, and sweet orange and peppery ginger spice flavors (as opposed to banana and clove in the hefe).
