	Yazoo Brewing Co. - Delicieux Style: Belgian Pale Ale ABV: 5.90% IBU: 25.0 This Pale Ale is fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain and 2 native Brettanomyces strains from the Senne Valley in Belgium. Upfront subtle maltiness and spicy aromas from a generous Styrian Golding dry hop addition, lead to a hoppy dry delicate funky finish. Delicious! This ever changing beer will age well.

	Yazoo Brewing Co. - Dos Perros Style: Altbier ABV: 4.90% IBU: 16.0 Our Dos Perros is made with German Munich malt, English Pale malt, and Chocolate malt, and hopped with Perle and Saaz hops. To lighten the body, as many Mexican brewers do, we add a small portion of flaked maize. The result is a wonderfully bready malt aroma, balenced with some maize sweetness and a noble hop finish.

Gerst Brewery was the original Nashville brewery, but never recovered after prohibition. We are excited to partner with the Chandler Family, owners of the Gerst Haus Restaurant, to bring this beer back right where it belongs – Nashville, Tennessee. This is a very “clean” beer, with mostly German malts and a hint of flaked maize, remaining as true as possible to the original Gerst recipe.

Dry-hopping twoce during active fermentation transforms the essential hop characteristics into a creamy, juicy mouthfeel with big hop flavor, but minimal bitterness.
