this beer is a light-bodied Belgian ale modeled after the traditional Flemish style. While this beer style usually undergoes a long aging process - hence the name which means "Old Brown" - our take involves the blending of our house dark sour base that has been aging since 2017. The addition of this sour base gives the beer the aged characteristics it is known for, resulting in a wonderfully fruity character with minimal bitterness.
