A hoppy pilsner brewed in celebration of our 7th Anniversary, using traditional ingredients and processes. The time and effort pays off in a unique pilsner malt character, supporting the bright, bold hop character of classic "noble" hops.

This fruity, complex ale evolved over time to its present state – hence the name, Slow Roll. In November, we began it as a Belgian-style golden ale. We then racked the beer into bourbon barrels. Six months later, our anniversary beer is ready to perform. Admire the light copper color in your glass. Take in the aromas of pear, banana, and spice, with gentle oak and caramel notes. The first sip will reveal even more nuance, with soft caramel and bourbon in the background. It starts very effervescent, followed by a dry finish. Each autumn we brew a fresh batch of Gourdgeous, an Imperial Porter which pays homage to our local pumpkin harvest. To create FALLING LEAF, we placed a small portion of last year’s Gourdgeous in barrels to age gracefully through another turn of the seasons. A year in our cellar has mellowed and sweetened the robust flavors of pumpkin pie spice, molasses, caramel and dark chocolate, while the single-use bourbon barrels we selected lift the beer back up, adding bright layers of bourbon, oak and vanilla. Beneath these layers you’ll recognize the strong core of the base beer: 1,000 pounds of pumpkins grown just ½ a mile from our brewery. Falling Leaf is ready to drink now, or can be placed into your own cellar to continue aging gracefully.

Made in the Berliner Weisse style, perfected by brewers in Germany, Cherry Harbor is low in alcohol (3.9-percent ABV) and hop content (4.6 IBUs). The star of this show is the cherries, with both the sweet flavors known to growing regions in the Pacific Northwest and the mouth-puckering tart bursts known in Michigan. The glass fills rosé in color with a tight carbonation that adds to the refreshing qualities.

A special release for St. Patty's Day. Brewed in the traditional "small beer" style made from the second runnings of our massive Imperial Stout Pugachev's Cobra. Small beers are a practice that dates back hundreds of years to monastic brewing traditions. In those days, brewers would make a large strong beer for the King or Abbot and then smaller beers for the regular citizens or monks. Our Small Stout is an American-style dry stout. Roast barley character blends with hints of chocolate and espresso. The beer finishes crisp and dry accentuated by a nice hop character. At 4.8% ABV, this is a great session beer for your St. Patty's Day celebration.

As with each beer in our Local Fields Series, we looked to local growers for inspiration. For Vinaceous, we obtained some Mourvedre grapes from our friends at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula. Wilson Creek has been producing outstanding wines in Southern California since 1996. We anticipate that this joint venture will further demonstrate the exceptional qualities of artisan wine and craft beer and how they can work harmoniously together.

	Hangar 24 - XB-1 Style: Blonde ABV: 4.70% IBU: 14.0 This refreshing brew is made with 2-Row and Carapils malt. Hopped with Hallertau hops, this beer is complemented by the warm and sunny SoCal weather with it's light, crisp, refreshing finish.
