Our Festbier retains the rich malt background and herbal floral hop notes reminiscent of a Martzen but lighter in color, alcohol, and sweetness, making this a crushable beerfest necessity.

	8one8 Brewing - El Jefe del Trigo Style: American Wheat Ale ABV: 4.60% IBU: 21.0 El Jefe is our refreshing American wheat ale brewed with sweet Valencia orange and white grapefruit zest. The oranges were harvested from the original Valencia orange trees of the San Fernando Valley and brewed with wheat malt resulting in a lightly bready yet bright and crushable summer staple.

Gravity Hill is a full bodied tripel that mixes notes of clove, banana, and vanilla. Its sweet, rich flavor is balanced out with a warm and peppery finish that's guaranteed to shift your equilibrium. Named after a Sylmar urban legend in which things roll up hill, our 818 interpretation of this traditional Trappist style is our attempt at a gravity-defying flavor experience.

Grab your next beer by the horns. The Amarillo and Centennial hops produce citrus and floral tones which balance out the seven styles of grain making up the malt bill. It's this profile that creates seductive caramel notes and a soft chocolate finish, sitting smoothly on your tongue. This balance and complexity make it a red ale to remember! For this triple IPA we maxed everything out, the hop aroma, bitterness and ABV. This is our tribute to MERICA leading the way on the new space race!!
