	Ale Industries - Fruitvale Grind Style: Coffee Infused Ale ABV: 4.20% IBU: 50.0 For this refreshing beer we have collaborated with our neighbors directly next door at Red Bay Coffee. A simple grain bill highlights the robust coffee notes and allows for a light, easy-drinking beer.

Ale Industries - Golden State of Mind

Golden State of Mind is a unique creation. We have called it a "California Tea Beer" due to its construction using local California ingredients, from the oats, barley, and wheat to the fresh coriander, chamomile, and sweet orange peel. This gives Golden State of Mind its smooth, dry, bready malt character with earthy, spice notes and hints of citrus.

	Ale Industries - La Nina Fresa Style: Farmhouse Ale ABV: 4.75% La Niña Fresa is a spontaneously fermented Farmhouse Ale. It is brewed following the same process as Tepache, which is a traditional fermented beverage originating in Mexico City. The naturally occurring brettanomyces and lactobacillus on the skin of the fruit converts this ale into a wonderful and lightly tart, refreshing beer.
